"Kaustik" will use over 3.4 billions rubles for payment of dividends
"Kaustik" will use over 3.4 billions rubles for payment of dividends to its shareholders for the nine months of the current year. The funds at rate of 3.443 rubles will be assigned to all kinds of stock of 100 rubles par value.
The decision of paying off the dividends was made during the special stockholders' meeting.
The dividends will be paid off till October 24 of 2009.

Stock Company "OZNA" goes on with modernizing its production
The designer people of Stock Company "OZNA" have modernized one of the most demanded kinds of replacement parts, manufactured by the company: the switches of wells multi-seated (SWM).
Such switches are set on automated group measuring units "Sputnik", "OZNA-Impuls", "OZNA-Massomer" and are used for manual and automatic setting of the wells for measuring.
For manufacturing of the first sample quantity of durable SWM bodies they have used bimetallic (bilayer) tubes with annealing and mechanical reduction. This allows improving significantly the solidity and operation life of the switches.
Presently there have been manufactured two sets of modernized SWM for their testing in different conditions.
