25.11.03. - The Exhibition "Communication and Information Technologies. Television, Broadcasting - 2003" Has Opened in Ufa
Today in Trade-Business Complex "Guest Yard" the XII International particularized exhibition "Communication and Information Technologies. Television. Broadcasting - 2003" has opened. Organizers of the exposition are Ministry of Industry of Republic Bashkortostan, Ministry of Press and Mass Media of RB, Trade-Industrial Chamber of the republic, State Aircraft Technical University of Ufa, commercial innovation centre "Ligas". In the ceremony of the exhibition opening such officials have taken part: Vice-Minister of RB Industry Igor Afanacjev, First Vice-Chairman of Trade-Industrial Chamber of RB Peter Ivanov, pro-rector of SATUU Flur Ismagilov. In the field of information technologies the changes caused by the time are happening now. The questions upon their development are too much urgent and in Bashkortostan they are under special attention. The confirmation of this is the fact that in 2001 and 2002 the purpose programs on development of tele- and broadcasting, systems of satellite telecommunications, organization of republic excess to the Internet were adopted. These programs give wide opportunities to the firms dealing with the problems of tele- and broadcasting, and also with computer techniques, in promotion of new technologies and modern technical means. The exhibitors represent Ufa, Chelyabinsk and Moscow. Fiber-optic digital systems of transmission, communicative equipment, mobile communication gears, information-measuring techniques, Internet - technologies, software support, systems of business management are being demonstrated here. Thus, among the Ufa’s Exhibition participants there are OJSC SRI "Soliton", designer and producer of equipment for communication lines and nets; "Alvis Plus" Ltd. dealing with development of legislative system "Garant"; "Vybor Telecom", offering the wide range of telecommunication equipment; providers CJSC "BashSEL", "SCS Sovintel" and others. Moscow CJSC "Loud-Link" works in accordance with program "ATS for Russian business", Chelyabinsk CJSC "Polet-Sviaz" is specialized on development and producing of radio engineering gears of communication systems and information transmission and is an old partner of SRI "Soliton". The organizers of this important arrangement consider that it will let the professionals to establish new business contacts and widen the sphere of collaboration. The Exhibition lasts till November 28. On its scope there will be held the IV International Scientific-Technical Conference "The Problems of Techniques and Technologies of Telecommunication". 24.11.03. - Potential of the minerals of the Republic is estimated in 153 milliard dollars
The source potential of the minerals of Bashkortostan is estimated in about 153 milliard dollars. Among them the purveyance of the hard minerals in money equivalent is about 56.5 milliard dollars. Value of explored oil sources of all the categories makes 571 and thousand dollars per head and 20 thousand per a square kilometre of RB area. These figures were given to publicity by the representative of the geological survey management of Ministry of RB Natural Sources on the V Republic Geologic Conference. Thus, in spite of long-term exploitation of the fields, the republic’s interior still possesses potential of mineral raw materials. In addition, at present time more than three thousand of fields were discovered on the territory of Bashkortostan, and there were discovered more than sixty kinds of mineral source. For example, on southeastern outskirts of Russian Platform oil fields are prevalent. In the northwest districts of the republic there is a part of Kam coalfield. The beds of carbonate and sulfate strata - limestone, dolomite, gypsum, anhydrite and other building materials are happening there. In the river-bed and flood-lands of the river White there are accumulations of sandy gravel materials. The flexure of Zalair, stretched from Beloretsk to the south border of the republic, contains tiny fields of chromite and golden placer. There is a perspective of discovering manganese ores, bauxite, zeolite, building, facing and article stones. Nowadays, about 1170 fields are on the balance of the republic. On their basis the powerful mineral-rough complex was created, the complex includes petroleum production and petroleum processing, black and colour metallurgy, chemical and building manufacture. Furthermore, the interior of our region is rich in healing waters - there are about 50 springs, most of them are known in science. Due to the streams of healing waters, vapour, gases and mud the highly effective "health industry" with the forked net of resorts was created. At present time, the resources of Bashkortostan interior are learned quite well. In spite of this natural resources are not discovered completely. Bashkir honey is well known beyond the bounds of our republic. This national product has become a peculiar visit card of Bashkortostan. Everyone who comes to the republic is trying to take home a jar of flavoured honey. Most of those who go abroad take exactly this product of beekeeping as a souvenir. Exactly as a souvenir Bashkir honey, produced in Regional Scientific-Industrial Centre "Bashkir Honey", has come to Japan this year. It has been presented to the chief of the biggest purveyor of medical equipment worldwide. By the way, this Japanese company supplies the products in our country too, and is much interested in news of world progressive technologies, biologically active substances. When having tasted and analyzed Bashkir honey the Japanese have at once estimated not only flavouring qualities but also medicinal characteristics of the product. To learn the conditions of honey manufacture, a decision has been taken to send this summer to Bashkortostan one of the leading correspondents of Japanese magazine "Eurasia News" ("Eurasia Review"). As general director of Regional Scientific-Industrial Centre "Bashkir Honey" Rishat Galeev recollects, Japanese journalist was shown the apiculture beekeeping in Burzianskiy district, the work of experienced station of beekeeping. The Japanese Mass Media representative was amazed with the wealth of Bashkortostan flora, apiculture tees, wild bees, etc. As a result, all the issue of the magazine was dedicated only to Bashkir honey, beekeeping condition in our republic, unique ways of honey gathering, observing the forefathers’ traditions of Bashkir people etc. The publications were of interest among the Japanese readers, because there was a quiz, where the prize was an elm tub of Bashkir honey. At present time the negotiations between the Japanese company and Centre "Bashkir Honey" are being held, the topic of the negotiations is honey supply to the country of Rising Sun. By the way, the interest in our honey is shown not only by the Japanese but also by the Canadians. For example, nowadays the question on arriving of Canadian tourists (five groups with 15 persons) is being solved, they will familiar with the apiculture of Burzianskiy district. Our honey is known in Belgium either. In the International museum of beekeeping (Anverpton - Belgium), for example, there is even the corner of Bashkir beekeping, which is created by the support of our compatriot Rishat Galeev. The museum visitors may learn the history of Bashkir beekeeping, apiculture, watch the photos, various interesting exhibits, etc. Let’s remind Bashkortostan is the only place in Europe where the apiculture has saved. The Belgians, for example, even proposed the wide-ranging expeditions to make a big movie about the primitive beekeeping all over the world, and wanted to begin with Bashkortostan apiculture, were going to organize International conference on beekeeping. 21.11.03. - A. Sagitov: small and medium business of the Republic will have great future
Analysis of the dynamics of Bashkortostan business undertakings development show annually the number of subjects of small and medium business increases on 20 per cent. For today small enterprises’ contribution into economics of the republic makes 8.8 per cent. "The index isn’t bad, but perspectives of increase of small enterprises’ part in the economics are big", general director of Fund of Small Undertakings Development and Support f the republic Azamat Sagitov noticed on the press-conference, which has been held in the agency "Bashinform" today. In Moscow small undertakings’ contribution into the economics is 35-40 per cent, in western countries - 70-80 per cent. So the small and medium business of the republic has great future. The example of this is the city Agidel, where the above-mentioned index is 70 per cent! It’s gratefully to notice the part of undertakings is becoming more ponderable in the industrial sphere. Certainly, effective legislative base isn’t created yet in Russia. But there is a hope the situation will change. Bashkortostan economics’ increase has got stable and irreversible character. This has been stated by the member of High political council of the party "United Russia" Murtaza Rahimov, when coming out at today Ural Interregional Economic Conference "About the Purposes in High Temps of Russian Economics Development Supply " in Ufa. Murtaza Rahimov has told the conference’s participants about today economic condition of Bashkortostan in detail. He’s stated, the most positive processes run in the machine-building, the annual increase in this branch from 2001 is 22.5 per cent. The great success is reached in the agriculture. This year 4.2 million tons of corn have been gathered - one ton per one inhabitant of the republic. The progress in the economics let the republic solve social problems either. Half of republic budget is directed on these purposes. All the financial liability of the republic to Federal Centre is also implemented. There is progress in cultural-clerical sphere too. From political side Bashkortostan stays the region of international and interconfessial agreement. There is increase of birth rate in the republic. Murtaza Rahimov has stressed thus Bashkortostan is a part of Privolzhskiy federal region, but still saves the economic links with the regions of Ural. At present time business meeting of Bashkortostan’s and Germany’s business circles is held in Ministry of external economic links and trade of RB. The representatives of Ministries and Departments of two republics, leaders of the enterprises, companies and firms, including small and medium business, financial structures take part in it. Totally consisting of the delegation of friendly country more than thirty business representatives arrived. From the German side the head of the department of external collaboration with UIC countries of Ministry of Economics and Labour of FRG Peter Lorenz presented the officials. From the Bashkir side - the assistant of Prime Minister of Government, Minister of RB industry Sergey Efremov, the assistants of Minister of economics Rais Mannapov and Minister of external economic links and trade Ildar Ahmetshin. Vice-Premier of RB Government greeted the meeting’s participants. He acquainted the attendants with economic situation and external links of the republic. Nowadays Bashkortostan collaborates with many countries in the world, more than thirty intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements are arranged. Foreign trade turnover of the republic was more than 2.5 milliard rubbles last year. To work with foreign countries developed banking network helps too much. Only this year sum of foreign debt capital is 430 million dollars. According to Sergey Efremov, Germany is one of priority business partners of Bashkortostan, and the collaboration with it lasts for a long time. Specific targets of further collaboration the business circle of Germany and Bashkortostan will determine during the individual negotiations, round-table discussions according to interests, visiting the enterprises of the republic. Some of them Sergey Efremov and Peter Lorenz have arranged right before the business meeting. - Federal Republic Germany holds the interest in development of external economic links with Bashkortostan, - accentuated the head of the Department of external economic collaboration with UIC countries of Ministry of Economics and Labour of FRG Peter Lorenz on the business meeting in Ministry of External Economic Links and Trade of RB. According to P. Lorenz our republic has many natural resources. Besides, financial stability is observed here. In Germany the bank "Uralsib" is treated with respect, which is the partner of German Credit Society "Germes". These and others moments are guarantee of successful contacts of friendly republics. The points of contact of Bashkortostan’s and Germany’s business circles will be determined tomorrow during the round-table discussions in Ufa’s Administration. The questions upon the development of building complex of the republic’s capital, application of innovation technologies and problems of housing fund reconstruction, separately - buildup in the field of machine-building for food industry, health protection and pharmacy. Today on IV All-Russian Conference "Questions on Development of Countryside Communication’s Infrastructure" Minister of Russian Federation Leonid Layman has come out with a report upon communication and informatization. The conference was held in the building of State Meeting - of Kurultay. First, Leonid Layman greeted the participants and stated that every year the forum of communicators become more representative. It’s great, that the number of Russian manufacturers of means of communication and communication equipment is increasing. This was shown by the exhibition organized on the scope of the forum. But there are still many questions in the branch. It is necessary to shorten the distance between the infrastructures of city and countryside as quickly as it is possible. It is also concerned the introduction of the modern telecommunication technologies into the countryside. Entering of Russia into the world economic space is impossible without this. Nowadays the third part of all the populated area is not still supplied with the telephone communication. As the Minister stated, this problem would be solved complicatedly in the scale of realization of Federal Program "Social Development of the Countryside till 2010". Then Leonid Dodojohnovich characterized the level of Bashkortostan telephone communication development. The main communication operator in the republic is OJSC "Bashinformsviaz". Due to its activity during the nine months of the following year the increase of telephone numbers was 32 903, including the appearing of 5 903 telephones in the countryside. From the beginning of the year 164 populated areas were telephoned. So, the leading company of the republic makes great contribution into the installation of telephones of countryside. But about six hundred villages, or 15 per cent, are still have no any telephone communication. Leonid Rayman called the republic as typical region because of its geographical and climate specifies and also economic opportunities. Minister of RF noticed the same thought upon communication and informatization during the press conference, held in the break between the meetings. During the press conference journalists could get the answers on the interested in questions. On the question why Bashkortostan was chosen for holding such representative forum, Leonid Rayman answered, such arrangements were usually held in those places where solving the questions upon installation the telephones were especially actual for the population and conditions for modern technologies improving were made. Bashkortostan is under the great interest of communication operators, because there are remote and thinly populated districts, difficult of access regions, some climate zones. Due to these reasons Bashkortostan became a natural ground for testing various technical determinations in the field of communication. To supply all those who so desire the telephone communication, it is necessary to use all the modern technologies. Many of home and foreign manufacturers of telecommunication equipment and means of communication are here in search of the sales market of their production. And they find it. 17.11.03. - ANK "Bashneft" Takes the Measures of Oil Return Increase
Oil return increase and shortening of the following water volumes is now the first aim in the oil industry. The elicited sources are almost used and the part of elicited hardly ones is more than 80 per cent. Nowadays the methods of oil return increase (MORI) are much perspective and actual in the oil industry. The dynamics of oil extraction by means of oil return increase is characterized as the persistent process in ANK "Bashneft". The main part of the extraction falls on the hydrodynamic methods, by means of which from 1997 till 2002 9506 thousand tons of oil were extracted - it’s 62.8 per cent of all the extraction due to the improving of methods of oil return increase. "Bashneft" works both with traditional hydrodynamic and new methods: physic-chemical, microbiological, gas, thermic. On the company’s oil-fields during the period 1997 - 2002 extra 5633 thousand tons oil were extracted due to these methods - it’s 7.1 per cent of all the extraction. The methods of oil return increase brought to the company extra 1847.7 thousand tons of oil (15.5 per cent) last year. To make the choice of new perspective methods and criteria of their implementation every year in ANK "Bashneft" 50 various technologies of physic-chemical and microbiological influence on residual oil are testing. The main, the most effective methods of oil return increase are eight technologies of water isolation, learned by the company. They are silicate-alkaline, alkaline-polymeric influences, pumping of distilled liquid, complex sediment-gel-making reagents, solutions on latex basis, dry and active silt, bioreagents and solutions of aluminum chloride. In the five-year perspective (2003 - 2007) it is supposed OJSC "Bashneft" to make the processing 4251 times of the wells by means of physic-chemical and microbiological methods of oil return increase in general. According to the preliminary prognoses, during this time the extraction from improving the new MORI will be three million tons of oil extra. IA "Bashinform"
12.11.03. - Industrial Manufacture of Republic Is Increasing
According to the last statistic data, economics of the republic is developing sufficiently enough. This was announced to the correspondent of agency "Bashinform" in Committee of State Statistics of RB. In accordance with the data of ten month of the following year, industrial manufacture increase of the republic lasts. In October big and small enterprises of Bashkortostan manufactured products on 15.8 milliard rubbles - it’s almost on seven per cent more then in October 2002. The total volumes of manufacture from January to October have increased on 7.5 per cent in comparison with the same last year period and made 148.1 milliard rubbles in money equivalent. Such positive results were provided by the enterprises of metallurgy, machine-building and metal-working industry, oil-processing industry, forest, woodworking and pulp-paper, light, food, flour-grinding - cereals and mixed fodder, medical, publishing industry and industry of building materials. At present time due to the temps of industrial manufacture the republic takes one of the top places among the regions of Russian Federation. The volume of dwelling putting into commission in the republic for this period is higher of the 2002 level on more than ten per cent. Totally in the republic by 1 November 2003 dwelling with total area more 1 million 17 thousand square metres was built by the organizations and population. Only in October 85.5 thousand square metres of dwelling were put into commission - it’s in 1.8 times more than in October 2002. Due to the sums of nine months of the following year the republic took the first place in dwelling’s putting into commission among the regions of Privolzhskiy Federal Region.
Consumers’ market of Bashkortostan now can be characterized as saturated and stable. From January to September retail trade circulation exceeded last year level on 12.7 per cent and made 73.6 milliard rubbles. Summary index of consumer prices in October was 101 per cent, and since the beginning of the year during the nine months increased on 9.2 per cent in Bashkortostan. In Russia this figure is 9.7 per cent. The price index of food products (including alcoholic drinks) on the beginning of November was 104.7 per cent, of non-foodstuffs - 105.6 per cent, of requiring payment services to the population - 128 per cent. Such big prices’ increase in the last case happened as well as in other regions mainly due to the almost in 1.5 times increase of tariffs on housing-municipal services. Adopted in the republic measures on reducing the salary debts give positive results. So, according to the efficient data on 1November 2003, from January to October the debts were reduced on 416.4 million rubbles - in 1.8 times. And last months almost 98 million rubbles were paid. At present time the total sum of salary overdue debts makes 492.8 million rubbles. There is also positive progress in social sphere. According to the preliminary estimation, average incomes per one person during the nine months of the following year increased in more than 14 per cent in comparison with the last year. The real extra charged salary increased in 4.5 per cent. In September the average income per a person was some more four thousand and two hundred rubbles, the salary - four thousand and six hundred rubbles and the average pension was some more one hundred six thousand rubbles. During the period from January to October increase of buying possibility of the main kinds of foodstuffs was observed, but demand of requiring payment services came down due to the tariffs’ increase. 12.11.03. - There will be a Presentation of Bashkortostan in Moscow on November 27
On November 27 in Moscow, in Press-Centre MFA RF, there will be a presentation of Republic Bashkortostan to the foreign ambassadors and representatives of trade missions, accredited in Moscow. An official delegation on head with Prime Minister of RB Government Rafael Baydavletov will come flying to the capital with one-day visit. The delegation will include the deputies of Prime Minister of the republic Government, Ministers, and managers of series of enterprises. There will be an exhibition of the top republic enterprises’ products in the hall of MFA, in the scope of the arrangement there will be a film demonstration about Bashkortostan, a presentation of investment projects. Managers of federal ministries and departments, members of Moscow government, managers and representatives of foreign and Russian firms and companies, Russian and foreign journalists and also outstanding public figures - by origin from our republic - were invited on the presentation of the republic. 11.11.03. - 11 Republican Enterprises’ production are in the list "100 Best Goods of Russia"
Today in the Sports Palace an Exhibition "Industrial Bashkortostan - 2003" has opened. There have been announced the prize winners and awardees of All-Russian program-competition "100 Best Goods of Russia". Agency "Bashinform" has already announced that this year 2661 enterprises from 76 Russian regions have participated the exhibition. The choice was done on the regional level. A distinctive previous stage was republican competition "Best Goods of Bashkortostan": the commission had to make the choice among presented 209 kinds of products and services of 74 enterprises. At first, the best 59 competition awardees were chosen who got the right to participate the federal scale competition. But, unfortunately, not every from the winners used the right to perform their achievements. So the documents on 49 kinds of products and services were sent to Moscow. Today in the Conference Hall of Sports Palace there has been a solemn ceremony of awarding the best ones due to the sums of the federal stage of the competition. Vice Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Government, Minister of RB Industry Sergey Efremov and the Director of Centre of standardization, metrology and certification of the republic Amran Muratshyn have taken part in it. According to Vice Prime’s words, such competitions are held all over the world. They are popular in our country too. Our republic always takes part in them. Opening the solemn ceremony of awarding, Amran Muratshyn stated that in the questions of quality Russia ‘s in good repute. Our republic is in the ten of the best regions-participants due to the number of awards got every year by the enterprises according to the sums of All-Russian competition. In the honourable list "100 Best Goods of Russia" there are products of 11 Bashkortostan enterprises having diplomas of competition awardees. In the nomination "Manufacture-Technical Production" have been awarded such companies: OJSC "Salavatnefteorgsintez" and OJSC "Sterlitamak - M.T.E."; in the nomination "Consumer Goods" - OJSC "Soda" and FGUP "Ufa’s Units Manufacture Union". The other nominations with their awardees: "Food Products" - CJSC "Durtulin group of milk products enterprises"; "Small Enterprises’ Production" - Ltd. "Self-financing Creative Centre UAI", noncommercial organization with the form of noncommercial partnership "Ecology Union "Tengri". In the next nominations the prizewinners are: "Services" - Ltd."Hotel Complex "Bashkortostan", OJSC "Ufa dry-cleaning", GUP "Publishing House "Bashkortostan"; "Articles of folk art crafts" - GUP "Bashkir art crafts "Agidel". 11.11.03. - Exhibition "Industrial Bashkortostan - 2003" has opened in Ufa
Today the Exhibition "Industrial Bashkortostan - 2003" has opened in Sports Palace in Ufa. Vice Prime Minister of RB Government, Minister of Republic Industry Sergey Efremov, Minister of RB External Economic Links and Trade Boris Kolbin, Chairman of RB Trade-Industrial Chamber Boris Bondarenko and other officials have taken part in the ceremony. Examples of new techniques, made by the enterprises this year, have been performed on the square in front of Sports Palace. Among them there are the last models of "nefaz" bus and trolleybus of OJSC "BTZ", kumertauskiy helicopter Ka-226 and boring machines manufactured by OJSC "Krasniy Proletariy". Opening the Exhibition Sergey Efremov has noticed its importance for the republic in general and for neighbour regions, which Bashkortostan collaborates with. He has shortly characterized the republic industrial complex’s achievements, and its contribution to the economics of the country. Sergey Petrovich has said, the Exhibition "Industrial Bashkortostan" demonstrates scientific-technical and manufacture opportunities of the republic. There’re performed more than hundred enterprises’ production of various branches. Then Minister of Industry called upon the guests to speak. 11.11.03. - There is investment activity in Bashkiria
Growth of the foreign investments into Bashkortostan economics is being observed. As Ministry of RB External Economic Links and Trade announced, last year index was 20.5 milliard dollars, but during the last half-year it has risen on 23 thousand dollars. These means were shared in the following way. More than 19.7 million dollars were given to agriculture of the republic, 754.6 thousand - to industry, among them 706.4 thousand - to timber, woodworking and pulp-paper industry, 11.8 thousand - to science, 2 thousand - to communication and 1.1 thousand - to building. 4.11.03. - More Than Three Hundred Joint Enterprises Registered In Bashkortostan
Recent years in Bashkortostan the whole series of investment projects by means of foreign capital was realized. Due to these projects more then three hundred joint enterprises, branches and representatives of foreign firms were created. Their partners are more then forty foreign countries. Among them there are Germany, England, USA, Austria, Canada, Turkey, China, Bulgaria, Poland and others. By the sums of the half-year the total volume of foreign investments was 78.5 million dollars, it’s 9.5 per cent more then the level of the beginning of 2003 year, according to the data of Ministry of external economic links and trade of BR. During this period economics of the republic got 20.7 million dollars from abroad. The biggest specific gravity in the foreign capital make the investments made on the recurrent basis - credits - 99.7 per cent. In 2003 economics got the investments from 19 countries. The main investors were Belgium (95.5 per cent) and Germany (3.4 per cent). The countries-leaders of accumulated investments are Germany - 32.7 per cent, Belgium - 25.1 per cent, Netherlands - 14.8 per cent, China - 13.4 per cent. In the republic Saxon credit line is being successfully realized under the guarantees of Bashkortostan Republic Government and Free State Saxon (Germany). On this direction more then 50 million Euro were assimilated and the series of investment projects were realized. Among them there are delivery of communication equipment of the firm "Bosh Telecom" to OJSC "Bashinformsviaz"; purchase of hundred corn harvesting combines of the firm "Case Harvesting", delivery of the equipment of wood deep recycling of the firm "Gerisher and Shreder GmbH" in OJSC "Inzerskiy lespromhoz", building of the plant in ethylbenzol and styrol manufacture in OJSC "Salavatnefteorgsintez" by using equipment of German firm "Lurgie". One of the successful projects recent time is putting into operation in Ltd. "Italbashceramica" manufacture of ceramic tile with the capacity of 2.2 million square metres per year. On October 3 in the House of Republic Prime Minister of BR Government Rafael Baydavletov met the delegation of Free Saxon State on the head of Minister of environment and agriculture Mr. Shteffen Flat. "Saxon is an old and reliable partner of Bashkortostan Republic in many directions of economic and cultural collaboration", noticed R.I. Baydavletov. 3.11.03. - Export Leads In Foreign Trade Activity of Bashkortostan
Nowadays the geography of external economic collaboration of Bashkortostan takes 85 foreign countries - 74 states of further abroad and 11 countries of UIC, it was noticed on the ordinary meeting of the college of RB External Economic Links and Trade. 1.11.03. - Macroeconomic Indexes of Bashkiria Are Increasing
Bashkortostan Ministry of Industry summed up the work of main branches of republican industry during the nine months of the following year. The results have been announced at the college meeting of Minprom RB. It was conducted by Vice Prime Minister of RB Government - Minister of the republic Sergey Efremov. According to his words, this year the work of the subjects of all the main branches of Bashkortostan industry is being coordinated by decrees of RB President’s Message to People State Assembly - Kurultay - RB on this year. It is also coordinated by series of the programs, adopted by Government of the republic. In general social-economic situation in January - September is noticed with positive dynamics of the most of macroeconomic indexes. The same situation is seen in Russia in general. The results of industrial enterprises’ work in general make a successful picture. So, the industrial capacity in money equivalent during this time was 140.5 milliard rubbles. The index of physical capacity is 107.5 per cent. As the meeting participants noticed, the largest temps are achieved in machine-building and metal processing - 122.8 per cent, in black metallurgy - 119.9, in medical industry - 116. Temps of increase are saved in oil chemistry - 103.7 per cent, in colour metallurgy - 103.2, in oil processing - 100.6 per cent. It was possible to save positive changes in light industry - it reached the level of 104.7 per cent, and also in wooden, woodworking and pulp-paper industries - these branches finished the year with the index of 103.1 per cent. Today in the centre of attention of Minprom RB has been mainly FEC. Vice Minister of republic industry Nur Sayfullin came out with a detailed report about the situation in fuel energetic complex of Bashkortostan. Vice Minister Igor Afanasiev reported about the situation in machine-building. About the situation in black, colour metallurgy, in glass, china and crockery, light, medical industry, in the field of telephone communication - Vice Minister Azat Ilimbetov. But the problems, which unfortunately are always present in any industry, are the same as somewhere else. The mains of them are big wear and tear of basic funds. It is wished the work of marketing departments of enterprises and the level of competition of some product kinds of manufacture to be much better. By the way, as Sergey Efremov noticed, it is necessary much be done to prepare local manufacturers to work in conditions of Russian joining to World Trade Organization. To put in some words, the republican industry proceeds to develop, but the time and market dictate hard demands, which should be followed. After the detailed reports and college decision discussing the most pleasant part of today’s meeting has began - awarding. Minprom Commission of the republic summed up the economic competition of industrial enterprises. The best ones were awarded with passing pennant. Among them there are such successfully working manufactures as "Salavatnefteorgsyntez", "Bashkirenergo", "Bashinformsviaz", "Ufa motobuilding industrial union", "Ufa plant of elastomerning materials, manufactured articles and constructions", "Gidravlika", "NefAZ" and some others.
